Safaris at Clifftop blend thrilling wildlife sightings with five-star comfort. With only a handful of safari vehicles allowed per outing, every game drive offers a private, immersive experience with Africa’s bushveld, allowing the wild to take centre stage. Unlike public reserves, Welgevonden limits the number of vehicles per sighting. That means no crowds, no off-road chasing, and plenty of space to observe just you, your guide, and the wild.
Welgevonden Game Reserve is home to:

You’ll also encounter:

Twice Daily Game Drives! (Included in your stay)
Your safari journey is structured around two professionally guided drives each day, perfectly timed to maximise sightings and experiences. Game drives are conducted in open 4×4 safari vehicles and led by experienced field guides with a deep knowledge of animal behaviour, tracking, and the local ecosystem.
Morning Safari
